Hey all

Hope the weekend is treating you well?

Just wondering if anyone else is finding the inches seem to go overnight? I mean that you measure youself one day and you are the same and then next morning realise your belt needs to go down another notch or something. Bizzarre!

Hi sweet

Im the opposite!

Inches are sticking but the lbs are going Which to me is bizarre.

I know it takes me a shed load of weight loss to drop a dress size but iv lost barely any inches after nearly 2 and a half stone being lost!

Ah well, will keep striving on and one day will wake up and tighten my belt like u!

Xxx

I've only really noticed a change in dress sizes this last few days.... I wore a pair of jeans on Friday that I couldn't get up past my hips 6 weeks ago and I could sit down in them!

I have gone down 2 dress sizes and 2 bra sizes so far - this NEVER happens to me normally when dieting - last time i was measured I'd lost 7.5 inches and being measured again tomorrow x

Wow that's brilliant Moley! I'm seeing it in my waist and I only look 6 months pregnant now rather than 10!
