    Been dragged out for an Indian, I can have tandoori chicken/lamb but what sides? Obv not rice, nan etc

    I had sag bajhi and tandoori mixed grill. I did have a smidgen of the dip with it. Fingers crossed I'm still rocking ketosis!

    It was and it wasn't if you know what i mean. I think I enjoyed the thought of it more than the actual meal.

    Know where your coming from, it's strange how you don't enjoy the types of food, that you would have eaten loads of before, half as much as you used to :D

    It's funny isn't it... I really look forward to eating (though get a bit nervous as well) and although the food at the wedding I went to was scrummy, the actual eating of it was just ok - tbh I probably enjoy my shakes just as much! Maybe by the time we finish this diet we'll be those annoying thin people who just aren't that bothered about food! :) :)
