Indian: WW Korma or Balti receipe

    A friend from work gave me this receipe for a chicken korma/balti ( depending on how hot you want it) and boy oh boy is it YUMMY!!!! Had it for dinner today. The whole family love it!

    So you need:

    4 chicken breasts
    3 table spoons of balti/korma paste
    1 chicken stock
    1 Tin of tomotoes
    1/4 cup of water
    Mushrooms
    Onions
    Peppers

    And really any veg you like, I throw everything in. I have mine with some brown rice.

    1 potion of the curry would be: 6 pro points
    And then add the pro points for rice,oven chips or naan bread.

    You gotta try it! I find the balti to be very hot so I put 2 table spoons of korma paste and 1 of balti paste.

    Just throw everything into a pot mix well and simmer for an hour.
