    Does anyone know the values of things like flour, sugar, eggs etc? I mean in terms of baking, so you can work out the number of syns in home cooking etc. as I can't find anything about it in the one book I have :sigh:

    I use Stork in my cakes and thats 7.5syns per 28g.
