i would love to know this to!! i do the weights machine or inner thighs- not worked yet, before i piled on weight my inner thighs were still wobbly :-(
 
I found side lunges helped. Well they made them ache!
 
the cross trainer helps :]
 
I think my iner thighs have been wobbly since birth, they're definitely the hardest things to sort (on me anyway!)
 
Walking and running because it isn't a question of muscle gain but fat loss;)
