INSOMNIA!!

Hi there, i'm currently on day 6 and quite enjoying the diet so far. But the past 3 nights i've been struggling to get to sleep and waking a few times in the night. Also getting very vivid dreams. Just wondered if anyone else was getting this too? Could it be a side effect of ketosis? Does it get better as you get further into the diet? I do seem to be getting bursts of high energy throughout the day aswell, which is a good thing! Just not so good at 2am lol x
