I first tried Cambridge diet about 20 years ago , all I remember as when you drank to the bottom it was all black and thick and it really put me off , but its really changed now , for the better hehe
The most popular flavour in the uk and the rest of the world is chocolate . after that, sachet-wise, it's strawberry followed by chocolate mint . Our most popular savoury drink is chicken and mushroom followed by vegetable . Overall, the most popular product we sell say cambridge is chocolate velvet tetra brik .

My fave at the mo is hot toffee and walnut, but will be trying butterscotch and banana (as in your other post) when my cdc comes on wednesday.xx

hi susan , I once tried the choc hot , think I made it a little wrong hehe .
I love the ready made choc , I have it out of the freezer say 40 mins before I eat it , but it makes my hands so cold now that I stick the firer on , yes seems like i'm nuts , eating frozen chocolate velvet tetra brik with the fire on :-/

sachets are fine, but i now have them warm

chocolate sachet, choc tetra, cranberry and orange bars :D

have just realised i bought mix a mousse ages ago and only used it twice... must get onto that :D

At the moment its chilli soup and strawberry shake - but it changes every day lol depends on my mood i think :)

tried a cranberry crunch today too, it was lush! wanted another though! will see if cdc will let me have 3-4 a week :D:D

Porridge, toffee & walnut and banana shake (esp hot) are faves of mine.

don't eat more than one a day!! a few of us have had serious tummy troubles after that!! (i had a rather serious and potentially embarrassing incident after i ate my first bar but thankfully that never happened again... hee)

Has to be chocolate or toffee and walnut shakes and choc orange bars! This cold weather I'm also into oriental chilli soup. I never have any of the others!!

I make the shakes with 500ml of ice cold water and ice cubes so they are thick and take longer to drink. Don't have the tetras (love the taste of the chocolate velvet though) as they don't take long to get through and leave me hungry. I think the peanut and cranberry bars are like eating cardboard.......!!!
