Instant Mash

Do Instant Mash vary in Syns. I have used Tesco own brand, Morrisons and not sure of the Syns.. Is it only Smash that is Syn free?

Tesco dried mash plain is free on EE and Green all makes tend to be free but ones that are buttery or added cheese have SYN values due to additives

I prefer smash personally , they are on offer in tesco at the moment i tend to use the cheese/onion one for scones .the value one is ok but i think it needs seasoning , & made up alittle thicker.

Mr Mash is nice and is a £1 for 3 100g sachets in Iceland

Smash buttery is not free it's 5.5 for 220g sachet dried or 0.5 Syns made up per 100g

Are you sure????apologies looking in the 2013 food directory cheese/onion, new improved recipe , and origional are free! Wouldn't bother with buttery anyway x

Glad you're clear on it as it's soooo easy to eat Syns without thinking and just as easy to eat chocolate even when you know they are Syns haha lol!
