Returning once again.
I started intermittent fasting a week ago and my first official weigh in is tomorrow morning.
My biggest dilemma is that my motivation evaporates very quickly and my hope is that this diary will help to keep me focused. I will be logging on daily if I can. I would welcome your support on my weight loss journey and I promise to do my very best to return that support.
My goals are simply to become fit and healthy and ultimately to get down to 178lbs by this time next year from a starting weight of 255lbs.
I am fasting 16 hours and my eating window is 8 hours, between 1-9 p.m.
I have not weighed all week even though I was tempted and there has been times when I thought of giving up, so tomorrow will be a surprise, good or bad.
