Hello guys n gals im new here and thought id say hello :p

Im looking for help and advice on a safe and effective weigh loss plan.
I did CD a couple yeas ago an lost 3 stone but I have put it all back on due to MY own fault going back to my old ways.

This time round im thinking of doing Atkins as I cannot stick to CD.

I have just over 10stone to lose :cry:

And would apprieciate all your help and advice.
