Introducing Food

    Just wondering what the best way for introducing food is. I have been on sole source for 11 weeks now and have lost 42lb. I would like to lose maybe another 7lb and then concentrate on maintaining. What thoughts do you have on my next steps.

    Well done for the 42lbs :clap:

    Have you got the book that tells you 'how to do it'? You really need it, as it's a delicate balance to get back to normal eating.

    Hi Caz

    This is exactly what your counsellor is for as they guide you back onto food, also check your weight care book (the yellow one) as this explains it.

    Thanks both for the replys. I havent got any of the booklets so will ask my counsellor on Tuesday when I see her. I asked about re introducing food last week but dont think she heard me as she didnt reply
