Just wondering what the best way for introducing food is. I have been on sole source for 11 weeks now and have lost 42lb. I would like to lose maybe another 7lb and then concentrate on maintaining. What thoughts do you have on my next steps.

Thanks both for the replys. I havent got any of the booklets so will ask my counsellor on Tuesday when I see her. I asked about re introducing food last week but dont think she heard me as she didnt reply
