Hi everyone

My name is Charlotte and I have been directed to your lovely forum for support as I start my journey to loosing 7 stone.

I'm a newly seperated Mum of 2 beautiful Daughters and I'm hoping to regain my life back after too long being 'the fat one' at every party!

I am doing Avidlite, not sure how I will cope without food but got to give it a shot.

My Nanna died suddenly last week from an (unknown to her )heart problem and being a very overweight smoker, this has given me the kick up the backside I needed to get on it and sort my life out.

Anyway, nice to 'meet' you all, look forward to getting to know you
