Does anyone know the syn value for this? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to see the syn value of it
For those who are unsure what wheaten bread is, it's a bread that's made using wholemeal flour and butter milk. Its soooo yummmy. I have avoided it though since being on SW as I can't find the syn value

As there's no free food it will work out as 1 syn per 20 cals, how many cals per slice?
