hi everybody, am new to slimming world. Cutting out chocolate has been ok so far but i am a fizzy pop lover. My fave being irn bru which in all honesty the diet version doesnt cut it. Does anyone know how many sins a can would be? Hoping i can have a can every other day!

Its 7 syns for a can, 8 if its iron bru 32 (i don't know what the difference is!)

Thank you. Irn bru 32 is red bull type energy drink version of irn bru. Surprised thats only one syn more as you could paste walls with that stuff!
