Step 1 Sole Source Is anybody having trouble sleeping??

Today is now day 3 on my CD journey and for the past 2 nights I've gone to sleep no problem but then wake up around 2 o'clock restless.. I'm not hungry at all I just can't settle and go to sleep.

Is anybody else having or had this problem? Xx

Me too...i couldn't get to sleep before about 4am for the first four or five days! It does go...now the only thing that keeps me up is my permanently full bladder!! LOL

Ahh thanks guys : ) I hope it does go I'm bloody knackered! Lol things are starting to move around in slow motion lol x
