Is anybody worried about Christmas


I'm worried as I've already slipped this week. I still have a way to go so I don't want to slip up completely and not be able to get back on it as it's taken time to get in the right head space to try. I want to feel really good about myself by Summer.

I thought meal planning would help but I've run out of ideas and I'm so fed up of eating the same stuff.

All I've got so far is chicken curry and meatballs with pasta and a sausage casserole. lol

I'm not to worried going to have xmas day off the plan go back on the plan on boxing day.

I make chicken in a fajita mix with jacket potato and corn on the cob.
