i just wondered if anyone was trying anything different or new this week to boost their weight loss?
i had been slowing to 1lb a week and getting fed up! so 2 weeks ago i started eating breakfast and that week i had a fantastic 3lb loss! then the past week i added in a red and green day (previously only following EE) and yesterday had another great 3lb loss!
this week my goal is to drink more water lol plus keep up what ive already been doing with the breakfast and the mixing up days, im terrible atdrinkin i always forget so fingers crossed this helps! xXx
