It only has latic acid in. no citric acid or aspartme.

Should be ok then. Just don't drink it all instead of water. If you search the forum there's a lot more chat about drinks. I stick to water if I can, I've actually become so used to it I crave it and have a glass besides me at all times!

I don't crave it but I'm certainly thirsty always!! I've read the post on drinks but I'm still not convinced to go off plan. Try a bit before you buy too much as some people are more sensitive than others and can be knocked out of ketosis!!
