it has some sort of oil listed in the ingredients

Earl Grey tea is a tea blend with a distinctive flavour and aroma derived from the addition of oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange, a fragrant citrus fruit.

will this take me out of ketosis???

Strange one earl grey, when i asked the official answer is no because of the bergamot oil BUT I know some people do have it and say that they are absolutely fine.
