Green Tea >>> Yep, for sure. I drank loads and preferred the green tea mixed with mint tea.
Not familiar with White Tea, but can tell you that any LEAF teas are permitted , the petal teas are NOT.

twinings do -- nice nettle and peppermint mix tea -- yummy
nettle for fluid and cleansing
peppermint for digestion and stomach

ive become addicted to green tea with lemon and no sugar
Do you have good losses? There are times I'd like lemon but i have it stuck in my head that lemon/lime can take some of us out of ketosis so i don't risk it. (they used to say it did on Lightet Life)

Green tea yes. Along with peppermint and 'herbal' teas-my consultant told me to avoid any 'flowery' flavors such as green tea and jasmine etc x

Really? I have roasted dandelion tea. I hope that is ok.
