:p Hi everyone!!! Just reading through the posts and noticed alot of new people stating how hungry they are, the people who have been on LT for a while now say that they do not feel hungry anymore and could quite easily forget a shake :eek:
I am on week 8 and about an hour or two before I am due a shake, I am starving :sigh: really really starving!!!! I am drinking more than enough water and I ve never ever cheated so I cant understand it.
Some people day dream about winning the lottery, I just dream about a plate full of food.
Does anyone else still feel hungry?? xxxx

week 1 - 5lb
week 2 - 4lb
week 3 - 4lb
week 4 - 4lb
week 5 - 6lb
week 6 - 5lb
week 7 - 0lb :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

just over one stone to go but only 3 weeks and 4 days left before refeed!!!

I do!!! Some days REALLY hungry and then other days don't notice not eating at all???

But often I read about people that are too full to finish their shakes???? I mean whats with that????

I tear it open, pour it into the water and then fully open the sachet to make sure no bits are left in the corners!!! I make sure I get every grain of powder in there! Lord knows we get little enough on this diet.......I NEED every ounze!

Sorry - but I'm never hungry ...... the only time I was (wk 5) I wasn't drinking enough - I WAS drinking the 4pts recommended but it wasn't enough for me. Upped to at least 3ltrs my hunger went AND I had a 'normal' (for me) loss. This week I've upped to at least 4ltrs usually quite a bit more as an experiment to see if it affects my loss.

If you're in ketosis and drinking enough you really shouldn't be physically hungry ..... could it be that it's cravings you're feeling rather than actual hunger?

The beauty of this plan is that it gives you the opportunity to sort out your relationship with food - or at the very least to become aware of just what that relationship is.

o yea i clean out the sachet...its gets stuck in the corners!! no im not hungry anymore but if im late at all for a shake ill start to get really hungry then! and i think its a diff kind of full ..like u feel ok more than stuffed!!

I am with you on this one!!! I make sure every last bit of powder is emptied out!!!! I also make it up with 300ml of water instead of 250ml just to make it last longer!!!!xxxxx

It's not so much as me being hungry, it's a fact that I'm getting bored and I fancy some things. It's the fact that I am craving. This is one of the things that we have to learn about ourselves. We need to listen to our bodies and work out the difference between hunger and craving. This can make such a difference :)

I'm with Yasmine on this one. I have days when I feel really empty and really want some food but I don't actually feel hungry. It is just boredom and wanting to taste different things.

This diet has already taught me that I was never, ever hungry before. I used to eat cos of the time of day or what mood I was in but I can't ever remember actually being hungry. Someone I work with is very slim and she only eats when she is actually hungry. I think that could be the way to go after LT. Listening more to my body and not what I just fancy!

Hi I am on day 8 and I have never felt hungry or had headaches, but I do drink 4 ltrs of water every day (this was a mistake in the first few days but I found it quite easy to do, so I am going to continue with it..) I do sometimes forget about my last shake, because I have been busy, so it is quite late when I end up drinkin it lol x

I find that I feel really cold when I'm due a shake.
I think I suffer from "head hunger" rather than "tummy hunger"
This'll be why I was fat! I ate coz I fancied something, rather than needed food as fuel.
Being cold stops the dreaded hot flushes though!!

My shakes can all be at different times of the day to be honest. It's just when I can fit them in.
