Just wanted to wish you luck on your cd journey
its up to you whether you want to start on tuesday or not. For me I wanted to start as soon as I picked up my shakes etc..

I'd say no its not too late, go for it, just make sure you have the 3 or 4 shakes/tetra's or whatever within the day. The sooner you start the sooner you start losing. Good luck

yea thats how i feel so if i do that should i just drink water in the morning or wat?x

Yes drink water!
You need to get into as soon as possible start now :) For the first weigh in it doesnt matter anyway!
As for when you start, I too wanted to start asap...
good luck and you will soon be seeing your first losses!

Start the same day...Just after ur meeting with the cdc ul be well charged and motivated....best time to start. Good luck. x
