Is lemon green tea ok to drink???

Ive got some tetley lemon green tea bags...just says 93% green tea and the rest natural flavourings, am I ok to drink this??

I would be careful if it has citric acid in it which is likely as it is lemon because citric acid can take you out of ketosis if you have too much of it so if it does have it in I would personally avoid them. I can highly recommend the honey or the blueberry Tetley green tea.

Ohhhhhh :-( I nearly chose the honey one, but I thought oooo lemon will be nice, oh well I'll stick to black coffee and get some more green tea when I go shopping

I did exactly the same thing at first and ended up giving them to my mother in law to drink so they didn't just sit there collecting dust. Twinings do some really good green teas, I've got the cranberry, pomegranate, apple and pear and also the mint one which is good for digestion.
