Is Mustard Ham Free?

I buy the Sainsburys mustard ham and just wondered if it is actually free?? I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Its the pre-packed ham.

mustard itself is synned, but i think mustard powder is free? someone feel free to correct me if im wrong? i was just asking because i used to work on the deli in my local sainsburys (pre SW) but i know that the mustard ham from the deli is quite lean so it should be very low syn if not free but dont quote me on it if you post the nutritional info some kind person might be able to put it through the syn calculator for you xx

Presumably the mustard is on the outside of the ham? Cut it off, with the fat, and ham is free.
