As you know I lost only 1lb this week. She measures me in kg and uses a LT weight conversion thingy and writes it down in my card in stones and lbs.

Now when I convert the kilos into pounds myself there is a 4lb difference.

Confused.

My weight is 100.6 kg - she put me down as 15.12 and I work it out to be 15.8

Who's right?

(Ps my scales at home afterwards said 15.10)

good old maths will sort it.

there are 2.2lb in a kg so at 100.6kg = 221.3lb round up to 221.5lb for ease.

there are 14lbs in one stone so 221.5 divided by 14 (pounds in a stone) = 15.82 stones, not to be confused with 15 stone 8lbs...

15 times 14 (pounds) = 210lbs, leaving 11.5lbs

so you weigh 15 stone and 11.5lbs.

BUT NOT FOR LONG!!!!

as the LT fairy will shrink you!

good luck

dont worry i bet you will have a cracking weight loss this week, just remember to keep drinking loads of water, it does help with fat loss, your body needs it to metabolise fat.

have at least 2 litres, maybe 3.

OMG You have lost more than 1 stone in less than 3 weeks - That is truly amazing

Ignore the 1 lb loss, it is a blip, and focus on the whole picture

WELL DONE x

Chele, don't get disheartened. I drank an average of 3.5L of water a day (excluding any coffee or shakes) and didn't cheat at all last week and I only lost 1.65lb. It isn't even my totm! My scales still haven't moved but I live in hope of a better loss this week.

We will do better, although it looks like I'm going 2 weeks until my next WI.

Good luck babe.

This body had better catch up pretty smartest coz I will get rid of the fat! I don't want to have another birthday looking like I ate all the cake!

Cake, mmm promised the children I'd make Brownies Saturday to welcome little one back from camp. I don't need to worry, they will help (by licking the bowl clean!!!!!) so no temptation for me!
