is oily fish ok???

    Hey u lot - as you've been sooo helpful, here's another one: fish is gud 4 a redd'un right? What about canned oily fish like mackeral, sardines, pilchards in tommy sauce??? Can chiller counter mackeral/kippers be smoked? Shld do a reddun one day really .... might make me pee less... lol.... answers on a posty cardy pleeze... or on here right now while I'm here .... grin...:p

    Um, you got me here because i dont do many red days but i do know that tuna in oil is NOT syn free.

    Hiya I know tinned sardines in tomato sauce is free on a red day because I like it on toast.:)

    Yep, all oily fish is free......infact ALL fish is free though as Ruthy says, not if its actually canned in oil.

    wot about if itz canned in tommy sauce, like pilchards/mackeral/sardines etc? Also, if they CAN be used as a 'free,' do they have to be a certain make/brand???
