Is Pesto allowed

Hi there
After 3 weeks of 100% TFR i have decided to refeed now and then go from there. I only really need to shift another 6-10 lbs to be my ideal. Today went well, lovely actually! Does any one know if green pesto is allowed on refeed?

Hi Sara,

Pesto isn't allowed on refeed as it contains both nuts and cheese, which are high in calories and fat.
