Sorry Ive left my book in my car (and put my back out so can't get it right now :rolleyes:) Im on a Red Day and was going to make a chicken curry for tea & have unlimited curry & a "hexB" choice for the rice, I was unsure on the amount of cooked so I was just looking online & I cant find it on the HexB list....can I not have rice as a HexB on a Red day???

Hi - just checked for you and looks like a no.........

Bummer, oh well at least I know ahead of time :D

I think ill do a potatoe & make them in to SW chips instead, its says 28g of Boiled Rice is only 2 Syns so I "may" just have that and syn it instead
