Is soda water or tonic water ok?

    Hi guys,
    I have a wedding tommorrow and wondered if drinking soda water or tonic water is ok on LT.
    I have stuck to the normal fizzy stuff up to now when I go out but fancied a change.

    soda water is fine hun, cos its just carbonated water, tonic water is a no no if you are on LT 100% x x

    I know I used to be the same, but make sure they don't put a slice of lemon in it lol x x
