Why i think i have only lost about 1lb this week WI is mon. I'm trying not to think about it but it bugs me that you don't eat all week for a bloody pound!!And NO i haven't cheated:confused:
I noticed a few people have had weeks where they only lost 1lb but this is only my 6th WI and i have never lost a massive amount except my 1st week. Moaning i know but it's my job!:D

Thanks for that, i don't feel like giving up, i was just a bit confused as to why. I have also for the first time done exercise this week too, just shows nothing good can come from exercising!:character00116:

Are you due your period? Are you drinking enough water?

But that said.....you still have 2 days to go to weigh in! AND you have averaged 5lbs a week......jeeze your body is allowed one week to take a breath! You will probably lose on the double next week!

Ive noticed when people have a small loss, the WI next week shows a nice big one so you may be suprised next week. Just keep at it and maybe up your water intake?

Wait until your weigh in is the golden rule, if you are a scale hopper you have made today harder than it needs to be! I had two poor losses recently, followed by an 8lbs loss, you always get your stone a month if you stick with it ( or near enough), however it comes off on a week to week basis, so although it is hard not to, try not to fret from week to week.

By the way well done on your losses so far, you are really going great, have you got some mini goals? This can be helpful once you go past the initial big loss excitement and get into the routine of the diet. Your second stone clearly isn't far way x

We all have low loss weeks, often it is due to totm or even just your body catching up with the losses so far. There are still 2 whole days left so don't worry, it'll come off.

I only managed 10lbs in total last month but figured I would probably not have lost any on another diet.

Good luck for Monday - it's my WI day too and my losses have really slowed down lately! However, I never give up hope!

Hi , Please don't fret - I was the same last week I weighed at home and it kept fluctuating between 1lbs and 2lbs loss and I was so fed up seeing as u give up so much and nearly ate just because of this - by the time I went to weigh in I told her I was disapointed and didn't think I'd lost much and turned out I lost 8LBS couldn't believe it! so please don't worry cause it could all be water and it could all go the day u weigh . Chin up your doing well!x;)
