Extra Easy SP Is this food diary ok or is there too much food?

Hey everyone, my mum has been having great success on slimming world so I've decided to join her. :) At the moment I am just going to follow the plan at home and see how I get on rather than go to the group as it's a bit expensive and I only want to lose about a stone. Would be really grateful if anyone could comment on my food diary? I think I have the basic idea but I am worried that I'm eating too much to lose?

So today for example:

BREAKFAST: Porridge(made with water)HEXB, muller light, small pear, berries

LUNCH: 3 turkey rashers, 1 egg, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus, one slice of thin bread(about 3 syns?)

DINNER: Breaded chicken fillet(5/6 syns?), 2 small sweet potatoes, mushrooms, cup of speed soup(brocolli, onion, carrot, veg stock)

SNACKS: 2 or 3 cups of speed soup, cadburys highlight hot choc (2syns)

HEXA would be skimmed milk in my tea/coffee
Syns: around 10/11 (Guessing as I don't know how to calculate them :p)
 
Once your plate is 1/3 speed foods. The best advice I can give you is to borrow your mums book and give it a good read. Make a list of all the speed food you like and keep it handy. Make sure you always have a third speed and measure your healthy extras.
