Is this going to take me out of Ketosis? WARNING - FOOD THREAD

Hi eveyone,

Im ashamed to say I have just cheated for the 1st time in 6 weeks on SS. I've just had a brown pita bread with some tuna and a tea spoon of extra light mayo. The pita had 23grams of carbs. Do you think this will knock me out of ketosis?

Probably not, some of the bars have 20g of carb, but in future I'd just stick to plain tuna if you want to eat.
thanks, i still seem to be in ketosis today so fingers crossed i havent gone OTT.
