is this ok for ee

    still new to this can anyone tell me if my meals for today is ok on ee
    breakfast>scrambeled eggs with milk from hea on brown toast heb
    dinner> pasta and cottage cheese
    tea>cottage pie with mushy peas
    2 mullerlight yogurt the ones with chocie bits

    What sort of cottage pie? is it from slimming world recipe?

    If you made it from scratch then it's fine (the cottage pie) readymade ones would have to be syned. The rests fine, but you need to eat more veg and fruit.

    Looks fine to me as long but you could definitely have more!

    No syns (unless, as above, your cottage pie had syns in it) - everyone should have some and often people report if they have no syns, they struggle to lose weight (don't know why that is but anyway...).

    Another little reminder is that if you have the chocolate mullerlights, the one with the black cherry layer is 2 syns - the others are free. Load up on fruit and veg - it's all free!!!

    Sounds fine to me so long as you made the cottage pie yourself. But even if you did, don't forget to syn any gravy, butter or milk used in the mash. Or you could adapt to the SW recipe and use carrot and swede mash instead of potatoes then you've included 2 extra speed foods ;)

    Ensure your cottage cheese is free, not all low fat ones are free. Also only the vanilla and orange mullers are free, you have to syn the cherry ones and other layered muller light yoghurts.

    as above, lots of super free foods needed on top of all that but looks good!
