I had half a pack of honey roast ham in my second week and stayed in ketosis, and I think it has more carbs than normal ham because of the honey =)

yeh this is just plain tesco ham i just couldnt resist lol

I often snaffle a piece of wafer thin ham when i can't stop thinking about food... never does me any harm :)

Much better than eating a large variety of other rubbish! If it works for you - carry on. The pangs/eating urges will fade in time.

You'll be fine. Make sure you get back on track though. Easy to get complacent eating low carb foods, I know, been there done that.
