Morning sweet n sour mugshot
Activia fat free mandarin yogurt on top of 1 small peach 1 small pear 1 small banana and some red grapes.
Lunch beans and sweetcorn
2 Light Alpen bars
Dinner 100g brown rice & 75g dried pasta
Ww fromage frais 1/2 syn

Hi! You've not had any Healthy Extra A choices and you can have 2 of them on a green day. You haven't really eaten very much, if I'm honest, and only half a syn.x
 
Try having some toast with your beans and sweetcorn maybe as your hexb? And maybe add some cheese and some veg to your pasta to make it abit more interesting? :) x
