    excuse me if you think I am a pleb (lol) but i have eaten what seems like loads today,could one of you sw expert please have a peruse at my menu for today,if you don't mind????I just want to make sure I have done this correctly!!

    Original day:

    B-Quorn sausages(x2)scrambled eggs(x3 no fat)mushrooms(fryed in frylite)and toms
    S-2 Alpen light bars(HexB)
    L-2 Sliced WW wholemeal bread(400gms HexB)42gms Half fat cheddar(HexA)1 Tbsp sweet chutney(1.5 syns)
    D-Jerk chicken(chicken,onions,peppers-fryed in frylight)Jerk chicken spice(poss 3.5 syns awaiting confirmation)Salad-lettuce,cucumber and carrot with balsamic dressing(2 syns)
    P-strawberries,FF yoghurt and merangue nest(2.5 syns)

    + 250 mls SS Milk (HexA)
    few grapes for snacking
