Ok so i started off today as EE but thought i would change it to a red. I have never done a red day before so could somebody please check?

Lunch - chicken omellete and tomato sauce (2 syns)
dinner - gammon and egg, 227g baking potato (hex b) tomato sauce (2 syns)

snacks - 2 x alphen light (hex b)
milk (hex a)

Doesn't look like you've had enough free or superfree fruit and veg to balance out your meals. You must be hungry? Everything else looks fine as long as you measured your ketchup synage. X

And perhaps you had a lot of egg as in your lunch and dinner! I know its free but try not to have the same thing for lunch and dinner too often. And I agree with the superfree get cutting that melon LOL, good luck you will do it!

I did have 2apples and salad with my gammon forgot to put that though. One more question...even if you do red and green days you still need to eat quite a bit of the superfree foods?

Yes it does help. I have been really heavy on the melon and strawberries these last two weeks and had better losses than the week before that! And I enjoy the fruit too, as I am so baaaaad at the veggie thing thats why I dont do ee. Good luck

Oh I'm the same as you (again lol!) I'm pretty rubbish at the veg - tho I do make the effort 2 or 3 days a week - I try to make up with fruit too!

So far (seeing as i have only done 3 days) i have not been feeling hungry!

Luckily i love most veg and fruit which helps alot!

Mixing it up tomorrow with an ee day and will try to do a green day later on in the week!

Although I am a pain with veg, just love fruit. Only thing is I am up at least twice in the night bathroom visiting since starting back on S W. Anyone else find this?

I do red days mostly and manage to chuck veg in whatever I'm cooking for dinner usually but I wouldn't say it's anywhere near 1/3 and I don't snack much so don't ear too much fruit and my smallest loss is 2lbs so don't worry I don't think it makes a diff tbh aslong as you follow the plan remember this isn't ee! Xxx
