Well, would you believe it......something strange has happened over here in weight loss land.....after doing it for most of my life (and I am now almost 52) I have stopped biting my nails!
Don't ask me how it happened, and I don't remember making a concious decision, but there they are, all beautiful on the end of myfingers !

Omg I've done exactly the same thing! I've been a biter for years and suddenly I woke up one morning and never bitten them again! Now have beautiful gel polish and I love them

Total loss- 35lbs in 13 weeks
