TESCO, light choices...natural bio yoghurt

and just incase,
per 100g it's
55kcal
protein - 5.4
carb - 7.6
fat - 0.1g

and the whole tub is 500g.

yes id say thats free! pretty much all virtually fat free yogs are free as long as they are normal kind of yogs
