Issues with accesing my profile and ticker

Hi I normally use the app on my mob to post on here but while I was at my fellas I thought right lets do this proper so I set up my ticker and then did the copy and paste bit went to my profile on here to add it and it wouldn't let me access it said I needed to do 20 posts has everybody on here had to do that and how do I add a ticker on please
