It’s been a long time

since I last came here I’ve lost 2.5st and reached my target weight over 12 months ago, I found losing weight the easy bit, I was in the right headspace/mindset,it’s maintaining that’s the hard part but now I have a different problem.
Initially I was elated at how my body had changed,slimmer,trimmer it was great but as times gone by niggles have crept in...thoughts like I’m not as slim as I was when I’d first lost weight or omg I’ve got rolls of flesh, the thing is I’ve kept within my target range,I still go walking, I use my Wii fit, so nothing has changed in terms of weight so why when I look at myself I think I’m getting fat again with lots of fleshy rolls.
It’s really messing with my head has anyone else had this problem.
