it tastes like broccoli and stilton soup?!?!

Ive made a nice soup yesterday, im just enjoying a big bowl full now

2 onions
400g Mushrooms
2 bunches of broccoli
2 cloves of garlic
1.5ltr of veg stock
1 tub of quark

Dry fry onions and garlic the add the mushrooms, broccoli and veg stock......boil till broccoli is soft, cool throw in tub of quark and blend, and it tastes just like broccoli and stilton soup

Ooo this sounds nice thanks for posting. Any ideas what could I use instead of mushrooms as I can't eat them? Thanks

Maybe just leave them out and add more broccoli and quark

It's like a low fat cream cheese. They only place I can get it is in Asda, bout 90p per carton x

Quark freezes well as I recall, used to stock up and freeze it. Have just restarted on SW after 5 years and stuff is slowly coming back to me!
