hi this melinda
this the second day of the week for me I really need a weight loss this week as I am not doing that good and I out for lunch on friday meeting friends that loss 8pound in one week that takes me 8week
why? why? that's my moan
so today I had milk for healthy A that's 4 milky Coffey for me
healthy B one slice of wholemeal bread

Breakfast = yoghurt and grapes,

snack= mashed banana on toast (HB)

lunch= homemade veg soup and pasta

tea = dry roast potatoes , veg , steak.gravy
sugar free jelly, strawberries
syns gravy 2.5 ,0.5 jelly , fred frog 5 = 8

as I would love a 8 pounder
