Italian meal help

Hi everyone, have only just joined slimming world this week and have 3 meals out planned for the weekend, could really do without them! One of the meals is at an Italian and it is a set 2 course meal

Was thinking of having meatballs in tomato sauce to start and pasta pomodoro (tomatoes) for my main - what do you think the syn value might be?
