you could prob have bolognaise and just syn for the oil thats in it and have a nice side salad dressing free to go as your 1/3 superfree, or a pasta with tomato based sauce but personally i would go for the bolognaise due to ee day. I would stay clear of the creamier sauces. Does the place have an online menu , then you could plan in advance xx

be careful though because you would need to syn the spaghetti bolognaise as they probably wont use extra lean mince so this would have syns in it! Personally (only because i love it!) i would use my weekly syn allowance on a pizza lol but if you want to keep it low then pasta with a tomato based sauce prehaps with chicken or something. whatever you decide to have i hope you enjoy it! xx

If you dont much like veg (I am the same, and dont like salad at all) then this need not necessarily be a problem as there are two other plans you can follow. Do you like fruit? And yes, the tomatoey sauces are better than the creamy ones, good luck and enjoy

Well....I went for meatballs with tomato and veggy sauce. Was lovely!! I'll just make sure I stick to it properly tomorrow!! I know I'm a bit fussy really, yeah love fruit, hate all salad and only like peas, carrots, butternut squash and peppers lol!!

I think the ee must be quite hard to follow if you dont like salad. When I did it for the first couple of weeks I got stuck with lunches. All the recipes seemed to say "blah blah, and a lovely fresh salad" Eating out for me is a pain but I love fruit too. I do like a few veg but cant cope with them mixed up. Ha ha, my friends and family roll their eyes and laugh at me. I have managed to lose 1.5stone on red and few green days though so all is not lost if you dont like yr veg very much.

Well it's worth a try!! I lost 1 stone on ww so I don't see why I can't lose a bit on SW! Here goes....!!
