...so i'll forget the 'sins' of yesterday and get straight back on the wagon.

So last night I fell off the wagon into Mexican heaven... :D ...Nachos, Fajitas and Chocolate Fudge Cake do not a low carb meal make.

I am normally good when I go out to eat but it was near impossible and my willpower caved...but i'm okay about it because we all give in to temptation...it's human and it's not how far I fall off the wagon that ultimately matters but whether I make the choice to get back on...

Anyways just wanted to share my thinking because it's so easy to beat yourself up about falling off and using that as an excuse to give up completely or go on a 'carb bender' but the next day really can be a new day and a fresh start!

I too wobbled last night,, but Don't feel guilty one bit!! We are only human after all!!! Today I have woke up,,, downed lots of water and intend to carry on as if nothings happend!

Enjoying food is part of life even for those of us trying to lose weight. Accept (and enjoy) the blips and move on I say!!!!
