its a new week

    Mornin everyone!

    Well i was soooooooo bad last week and as a result i didn’t go to weigh in last night (i no i shud have) but its a new week and im not gonna let a bad week put me off totally like i normally do, because we are all human and this happens, im hopin i haven’t gained too much next week when i go but gona try be as good as i can this week although i do have a few days out planned but gona try and food optimise as much as i can.. anyone any tips or ideas on how i cud make up for my bad week?

    Diet:
    Calorie counting/low carb(following SW principles where possible)
    Just stick to plan as best you can. Draw a line under last week and start fresh!
    Eat lots of speed and super free foods, drink lots of water and make sure you have your syns! Don't cut back to 'compensate' as it could end up having a negative impact
