Mornin everyone!
Well i was soooooooo bad last week and as a result i didn’t go to weigh in last night (i no i shud have) but its a new week and im not gonna let a bad week put me off totally like i normally do, because we are all human and this happens, im hopin i haven’t gained too much next week when i go but gona try be as good as i can this week although i do have a few days out planned but gona try and food optimise as much as i can.. anyone any tips or ideas on how i cud make up for my bad week?
