It's a t diet me thinks!

Yea I had those thoughts today too I am at
the end of week 3 not getting weighed til next Sat
as I am doing two weekly weigh ins
I figure these middle weeks will be the hardest and
need the most willpower prob will be back to
steely determination for the final two weeks
it must be emotional craving cause our bodies
hve all nutrients it needs and is getting energy
from fat stores ! This morning I wished I cld be drip
fed the shakes and stay in bed for next five weeks !!

Don't go worrying, the time really flies on this diet. I've been 100% for 16 weeks now and it has really flown by!! If you think of it as only abstaining from food for such a small part of your life it really does help. It really is worth sticking to this though.

I know you hve Bev I hve read your stats over
and over in awe honestly serious respect to you
and all the long term Lt
I definitely will stick with it for next five weeks
Then I will do exante for Oct to get down the
last bit x
