Hi all,
Okay where to start! I think ive always been fat kid. I was always the chubby kid with the puppy fat :( the one with the skinny sister....
Ive been on umpteen diets, lost n then gained even more... Up to the point where i dont even remember how or when i got to be sooo big. :(
A friend at work introduced me to sw, ive tried it for 2 wks now and i losted 5.5lbs in the first week and 0.5lbs in the second week.. I feel im at a point where i cnt do this on my own like i first thought. So im looking at joining a group.. This in its self is a hurdle, i dnt mix well, too shy, how will i know if the group leader is the right one for me???
:( :( :( :( so scared.
I want to do this i want 2012 to be the last new year i say to myself im gonna lose weight !!!

well its friday, thank god :)
hmmm lets see, only drank 1litre of water today :(
however done 20mins zumba on the wii. :)
food wise, lets see.....
breakfast
1 small (20g) cathederal ciy cheese
1 80g bag sliced apple
1 80g bag mixed grapes n sliced melon

lunch
2slices warburtons seeded batch
1tbsp flora light
40g cooked chicken
1pt diet coke

tea
coke chicken with mushroom rice
1pt diet coke

extras
banana
bag of sweet chilli snak-a-jaks


hmmmm not sure what to make of this, i tend to eat better when im in work for a full day.. best get the shopping list ready for tomorrow, try n buy the right things as fingers crossed going to group on tuesday :)

Shopping mission accomplished, omg full trolley and no rubbish, even went straight past the choccies that were on offer for £1... Woop woop go me :)
Full day crafting tomorrow so have tried to prepare, lots of fruit, water, ryvitas n laughing cow... Hope i getting it partly right :)

Joined group today, was so nervous, but went really well, bought couple recipe books(luk gud) and stayed, very informative :)

Ooooo :) thanx hun, neber thought of that, twas yummy though but a lil extra cheese wouldve been scrummy, thanx for tip will try that next time :)

How many syns was ur carrot cake? You could incorporate that into a weekly syn countdown or just cut down the number of syns for a few days until you've caught up x

Not sure to be honest, will see if i can find a value, but will do as u suggested and count it into weekly, thanx :)
