It's been a while!!

    Hello there...not been on here for a while. I've been ill and had to take a lot of medication which made me feel unwell if I didn't eat!

    Managed to still lose most weeks and now I am 100% again - holiday in Malta in 5 weeks and CDC is sponsoring me to become a CDC when I have lost enough to get my BMI down to the correct level.

    I have been a bit fed up and although I am now buying size 14 clothes (was size 20 at the start) I still feel really fat - went to a wedding reception last night and I look huge on the photos! :(

    I am half way on my journey and really need some inspiration to tackle the other half - will take it day by day. :eek:

    Hello Slimoncemore, I think you have done really well getting to a size 14 and I bet you don't look fat. Anyway you're same height as me with roughly same to lose as me so I'll support you along and you can support me along and we should get there at the same time!

    I received a lot of good advice on here and made many friends...unfortunately as they reach their target weight or for other reasons (time, family, work etc) people drop off the forum.

    Going to make it my aim to log in every day again to help me stay on track!

    Awww thanks Broxi. It's good to have some support - it's been a bad month or so healthwise and I'm feeling pretty fed up at the moment but I have done the hardest part which is making the decision to be 100% again!

    You have done the hard part getting 41lb off. I'm only at end of week 3 so just new to it all. Definitely first few days was awful. I'm still finding it hard though. Never mind I just really want to be thin. Can I encourage you. It is now that you will start looking slim and I know cos I'm same height and weight. When you get under 12 stone you'll start to look amazing. That's what I'm really looking forward to.

    Yes I know you are right...it is just a matter of getting my head around it again! As I said earlier I am taking it a day at a time and today I have been 100% (other half sat here eating KFC and I abstained!) so I am pleased that I will wake up tomorrow back on track.
